To make the process as quick, simple, and error-free as possible, we handle an exchange as a return with a new order. So if you want to exchange items, please send them back to us as a return and place a new order. You will then receive a refund for the returned items and pay for the second shipment. This way, you can also order the items you want before the return has arrived with us.
