100-Day Return Policy
Read about our hassle-free 100-day return policy that guarantees your satisfaction with every purchase.
Products purchased from us can be returned or exchanged within 100 days of the purchase date. For hygiene reasons, the return policy only applies to unopened items. Therefore, we individually seal all piercings in a foil pouch or with a seal sticker.
This return policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal but is intended to give you additional flexibility, allowing you to purchase gifts early and still have the option to exchange them if necessary.
How to Use the Return Policy
You can create a return label in our self-service portal. If you don’t have a printer, you can still send the items back to us. Please don't forget to include your order number and name with your return.
The cost of the return shipment under the return policy is your responsibility. If you wish, we can provide a return label for shipments within Germany 🇩🇪, for which we will deduct €4.99 from your refund. Alternatively, you can simply send the products back to us; just make sure to use insured shipping with tracking.
